Service Description

This program helps businesses align their cybersecurity strategies with their mission, financial position, and future growth goals. Over the course of 3 months, we will work with your leadership team, IT professionals, or MSP to ensure your security posture is secure, adaptable to technological advancements, and aligned with your organizational goals. The program is designed to provide clarity, actionable insights, and structured follow-up with minimal disruption to your business. Service Details: Leadership Questionnaire & Assessment (Pre-Filled) The first step in the process is for your leadership team (owners, executives, or board members) to complete a pre-filled questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us understand your organization's mission, cybersecurity needs, risk appetite, and future growth plans. The leadership team will provide insights into business goals and challenges, setting the foundation for the next steps in the program. Initial Interview with Technical Leadership Team (1-1.5 hours) After reviewing the completed questionnaire, we will schedule an interview with your technical leadership team (IT directors, managers, etc.). Business owners may attend, but this meeting is primarily focused on gathering input from your technical team. We'll review your cybersecurity strengths, weaknesses, goals, and concerns, and assess how your current IT infrastructure aligns with industry standards (e.g., NIST, CIS). The goal is to ensure that the business and technical teams are aligned in addressing cybersecurity risks. Executive Summary & Action Plan Based on the information gathered from the leadership questionnaire and technical interview, we will create a tailored executive summary. This summary will include: -A comprehensive evaluation of your current cybersecurity posture -A rating of your strengths and weaknesses -Actionable tasks for leadership to implement, prioritized by importance to your organization’s cybersecurity needs -Guidance on adopting new technologies (e.g., AI tools), including risk and benefit analysis -Clear recommendations with detailed steps for improvement -Post-Implementation Follow-Up (3 months later) After 3 months, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to assess whether the recommended tasks have been completed and if your cybersecurity posture has improved. You will receive a Express Success Security Assurance Certification with a Pass/Fail rating.
